See where your portfolio is listed

The Portfolio Market Brief reads the shops and restaurants we track in one market and counts what they list from your linked producers.

  • Portfolio wines, wines currently listed, and distinct accounts
  • Off premises or on premises, one market at a time
  • Listings no longer observed, where listing history exists

Evidence, with a date on it

Each link between an importer and a producer carries the date of its newest evidence, so an old relationship does not read like a current one.

  • Newest evidence date on every importer and producer link
  • Recent, fading, and cold links kept apart
  • Sources include US label approvals and trade directories

Questions

Where does the importer data come from?

Public records such as US label approvals and state licences, trade directories, and importer and producer websites. Each link keeps the date of its newest evidence.

What does "cold" mean?

No new evidence for four years. It does not prove that the relationship ended. A US label approval stays valid after it is granted.

Does a listing mean an account buys from us?

No. Commercial listings show observed carriage, not ownership, exclusivity, or a confirmed representation agreement. A missing listing is not a confirmed stock-out.

Which plan includes the importer directory?

The importer directory is part of the Premium plan. See Pricing for the current comparison.
